Exercise

If you haven’t picked up from this blog, i’m a creature of habit.  When it comes to fitness, i’m not different.  I love programs like Couch to 5K with clear goals, steps to get there and real results.  The trick is I’m also lazy without concrete goals in mind.  I’m currently following the DDP Yoga program, with a side of Hacker’s Diet Exercise Rung and Couch to 5K.  And a plank challenge ’cause something is very wrong with me.  Here’s what things look like.  Things in green are scheduled.
